Silicone Rollers
Using silicone rubber processing and compounding technologies, such as our Liquid Injection Molding System (LIMS),* we make a wide range of products, including catheters and other medical-use items, carrier plates (KSP) used to fix electrodes to ceramic condensers, and gaskets made of fire-resistant compounds.
In the medical field, we will also focus on the fast-growing markets for anesthetic and surgical products, using our advanced quality control expertise. Concerning semiconductors, we have developed high-quality, high-precision chip fixture plates to keep pace with the miniaturization of silicone chips, with the aim of seizing a 30% share of the global market. We have also developed and are currently marketing products that overcome conventional limitations with respect to rubber processing precision. Furthermore, we have developed an adhesive plate (HSP) to hold and carry electrical parts and semiconductor devices.
