Processing technologies that meet a variety of product requirements are a Group strength, as are core silicone rubber compounding technologies, including technology for controlling resistance in semiconductive domains and for controlling cell foams. Amid shrinking demand for PVC compounds in the automobile and home appliance markets, we specialize in highly functional thermoplastic vulcanizate (TPV) elastomers, where we have a competitive edge, and in conductive products, where the market is growing quickly in tandem with expanding plasma display panel (PDP) demand. As a result, sales of conductive materials and highly functional electrical wire have grown enormously, propelling overall sales of our PVC compounds.
